WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
All items must be returned in the original condition and packaging they were sent with the tags and hygienic liners attached. We accept return of items bought from anybody.com.br within 7 days of purchase for a full refund. Once we receive and approve your returned items, your refund will go back on the original form of payment. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on items that have been worn, soiled, laundered or altered in any way.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?
If you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. This will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item and send you a confirmation email.
HOW DO I START MY RETURN?
Please e-mail us at [email protected] with your order number and items you would like to return. Within 48 hours, you will receive a prepaid return label to mail your return to us.
CAN I TRACK MY RETURN?
Yes, your prepaid return label will come with a tracking number.
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
You can expect to get a full refund to your original form of payment within 5-10 days of delivery.
