HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST?
We offer Express Shipping at a flat rate per order. It is currently not possible to calculate shipping costs directly on the website. You can send your full address via Whatsapp or email and our team will do the calculation manually for you.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ANYBODY BIKINIS ACCEPT?
We accept Paypal. If you would like to arrange payment via another method, we are happy to try and assist your request!

IS IT SAFE TO PURCHASE ONLINE FROM OUR E-SHOP?
Absolutely! We are based in Brazil, managed and run by Brazilians. We use Secure Socket Layering (SSL), an encryption technology that ensures safe Internet transmission of your personal information. We do not store any credit card details or do we share your personal information with any third party.
However, if you are still concerned with placing your order, please contact o[email protected] and we will contact you regarding an alternative method to place your order!

 

HOW CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you need to cancel the order, please contact us at o[email protected] within 6 hours of placing your order. We will not be able to make any changes beyond that period.

 

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
We generally deliver all orders in 3 working days.
There may be the occasional delay due to Customs Clearance processes which are out of our control.
All orders require a signature on delivery, make sure your supplied address is attended during business hours.
We cannot send to PO BOXES, please ensure a street address is supplied.

 

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
Anybody beachwear uses DHL and Correios (a brazilian courier).

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
When your order is shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number. If you did not receive this email, please email o[email protected]

 

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY DUTIES AND TAXES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
You will be liable for all import duties, customs and taxes. These will be due at the point of, or after delivery.
Please be aware that Anybody beachwear does not have any control for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to. We cannot advise you what the cost will be as these charges can vary according to country.
Since these fees are not computed nor applied to orders by us, please contact your local customs office to find out more information if you are unsure of the charges.

 

TAKING CARE OF MY BEACHWEAR!
We want you to enjoy our products for many summers to come, so here are some tips to make a lasting relation out of your summer love!
- To ensure lasting vibrant colors, preventing discoloring, and stains, wash for 30 minutes in a mixture of water and white vinegar (4 tbsp. of White vinegar to 1 gal. of water)
- All ornaments and embroilments will not be damaged by seawater or pool water.
- For a lasting quality experience, hand wash your items with neutral soap and never in hot water,
- You should never wash your items on a washing machine.  
- Wash your items with an abundance of water after leaving the beach or swimming pool.
- You should avoid spillage of lotions, oils, creams and other cosmetic items on your beachwear as well as any chemical products.
- Avoid contact with rough surfaces.
- The contact between wet items may cause stains, especially with darker colors.
- Avoid direct contact with sunlight when drying your items as well as dryers.
- If you hand your bikini to dry, make sure it is not tangled.
- You should never iron your items.
- You should never store wet items, especially inside plastic bags.
- Light colors become lightly transparent once wet. Keep that in mind when choosing white or light colored items.

 

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We offer 7-days hassle-free return for your bikini.
The item/s must be in original condition with returns tag and hygiene seal remaining in place. Item/s must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet above requirements.
Anybody beachwear offers a full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
Discounted items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit.

HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
Requesting a return has never been this easy!
We offer 7-days hassle-free return for your bikini.
To initiate a return, simply email us at
[email protected] using the e-mail address used to process your order within 7 days of receiving your parcel. Once your request is assigned, the product must be received back by Anybody beachwear within 30 days.

Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.

Once the items have been received, we will send your new piece/s out or you will receive your refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
We cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.

 

DO I NEED TO RETURN THE WHOLE SET?
Yes, you do. The full set must be returned (top, bottom and bag).
We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that we have received your returned item and if your request has been approved or rejected for refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, within 5 working days.

 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We work hard to ensure all items sold are of the highest quality. However if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please email us at o[email protected] so we can urgently review the matter for you!
